What size pizzas do you offer?
We serve 11” thin crust pizzas. Trust us, once you have one bite, you’ll be
glad you have the whole pie!
How does the ordering process work?
STEP 1 - One of our friendly Pizzaristas will ask what type of pie you want
(Signature or Build your own).
STEP 2 - We then press your house made dough in our specially designed press
that creates the perfect sized pizza crust.
STEP 3 - Getting Saucy - select your preference from our specially made
sauces!
STEP 4 - Say Cheese - we offer a selection of 7 different cheeses, which
ensures there’s something for everyone. Not feeling cheesy? Don’t worry, we
have a vegan cheese to make sure everyone is covered!
STEP 5 - Toppings - With over 25 toppings you have a few important decisions
ahead of you!
STEP 6 - Final Choices - Choose your beverage and whether or not to get that
salad or cookie (We vote yes!!)
STEP 7 - Your pizza is put in our impressive state of the art oven and will
be cooked to perfection!
Enjoy your pizza, be sure to take a photo of your amazing creation to share
with your friends and family! #veropizza
What is special about your dough?
Dough is the foundation of any pizza. In order to have a great pizza dough,
it takes special ingredients, a well-crafted recipe, and most importantly,
time.
Our dough is made daily and rests for a minimum of 48 hours before we serve
it to you. By doing this, we are able to provide a product that has more
flavour, chew, and a crispier texture. All the things that make a great
pizza dough.
How do I reheat my pizza?
Whatever you do - don’t touch that microwave!
For best results, preheat a cookie sheet in the oven to 425 degrees. Once
that is hot, carefully place your pizza directly on the preheated sheet
(don’t forget your oven mitts) and put it back in the oven for 5-6 minutes*.
* Remember not all ovens are the same, so don’t step too far away from that
delicious pie!

I have food allergies/dietary preferences, what can I eat?
We have carefully created our processes so that as many people as possible
can enjoy our product. We have developed a menu that we feel offers a wide
selection of choices to accommodate different food preferences,
sensitivities, and allergies. In addition, our Build Your Own Pizza is the
perfect option to ensure you have control over what goes on your pizza. This
way, there is no guesswork and you get a pizza that will satisfy even the
pickiest eater :)
Gluten-Friendly - Gluten-free shouldn’t mean pizza free! Most of our menu is
gluten-friendly, including our base sauces. We have a gluten-friendly crust
for those who practice a gluten-free diet. We will also work really hard to
avoid any cross-contamination during both the pizza creation and cooking
processes, however, we cannot provide a 100% gluten-free guarantee. Our team
works with wheat-based flour and pizza dough all day, and as a result,
cross-contamination is possible. We will cook your pizza on a clean metal
sheet to cut down on potential contact in the oven.
Dairy-Free - We offer vegan cheese for those looking for a dairy-free
option. Our red sauce, spicy tomato sauce, and garlic oil are all dairy-free
(and vegan friendly).
Vegetarian/Vegan - Vegetarians, you have to try our amazing Veggin Out pizza
with wonderful fresh veggies, housemade garlic oil, and feta cheese. You can
easily make this pizza vegan by switching out the feta with our vegan
cheese.
If you have a severe allergy please let our Pizzaristas know right away, so
we can take the measures needed to ensure your Vero experience is a great
one!
